Dr. Robin Baird
Dr. Robin provides comprehensive family, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. She is also well-trained to provide sleep and airway health services for people of all ages. In all cases, she blends her clinical expertise with a natural ability to make patients feel understood and at ease as she guides them toward better oral health and well-being.
Dr. Bradon Baird
Passionate about restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry, Dr. Bradon combines precise skill with a deep respect for each patient’s story. From complex full-arch restorations to everyday care, his goal is to give patients a renewed sense of hope and a smile they can trust.

Front Office Manager
As Front Office Manager, Allison is the friendly face and warm smile that welcomes every patient to Brenham Dental Center. She loves connecting with patients and helping them navigate their dental insurance with ease. With a background in Business Administration and Human Resources from Texas A&M University, Allison brings both organization and heart to the practice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her close-knit family and many pets on their Chappell Hill property. Her greatest joy comes from her children, who inspire her every day to lead with kindness and dedication.

Registered Dental Assistant
As a Registered Dental Assistant, Brittany brings compassion, calm, and skill to every patient interaction. Since beginning her career in 2011, she has helped countless patients feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair, especially those who arrive with a little anxiety. A Brenham native, Brittany is proud to serve her hometown community with genuine care and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Jacob, their young son Pierson, and their many animals. For Brittany, the best part of her job is helping patients transform their smiles and experience dentistry in a positive, stress-free way.

Dental Assistant
As a Dental Assistant, Caroline brings warmth, creativity, and a steady sense of care to every patient experience. A San Antonio native, she began her journey in dentistry while still in high school, later completing the Dental Assisting Program at Miller Career and Technology Center in 2020. Caroline is passionate about ensuring each patient feels comfortable and confident in their care, valuing Brenham Dental Center’s strong commitment to patient experience. Outside the office, she enjoys sewing and embroidery projects, exploring small Texas towns, and antiquing with friends and family. Her favorite part of the job is working alongside a supportive team that truly feels like family.

Registered Dental Assistant
As a Registered Dental Assistant, Jennifer has been a valued part of the Brenham Dental Center team since 2003. A Brenham native, she loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their smiles, making each visit a little easier and more enjoyable. Jennifer’s dedication to patient care is supported by extensive training in coronal polishing, pit and fissure sealants, OSHA, HIPAA, and CPR. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband Corey, their children, and grandchildren. Jennifer is also passionate about community service and helps lead the Feed Lot youth group at Cowboy Church. Whether she’s cheering on a baseball game as she “chases 30” Major League stadiums or relaxing with her family (and their energetic dog), Jennifer’s positivity and compassion always shine through.

Jill has been part of the dental profession since 2004, working her way from filing charts in high school to becoming a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist. She loves helping patients feel confident and comfortable in the dental chair, combining her expertise with a personal touch to ensure every patient receives quality care. Outside of work, Jill is a devoted wife and mom to two boys, Gunnar and Rykar, and enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and cheering on her sons’ baseball games. For Jill, life’s greatest joys are family, friends, and the little moments that make you smile, like a good hug, which her teammates definitely appreciate!

Kristin brings 16 years of dental experience to Brenham Dental Center, including 12 years dedicated to this very practice. She loves making patients feel comfortable and at home, building genuine connections, and ensuring every patient receives attentive, high-quality care. Kristin treasures the small-town atmosphere where personal relationships matter, and she finds joy in seeing patients’ confidence grow through their smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys making memories with her family, adding new breeds to her chicken flock, reading, and fishing along the coast. Kristin’s greatest joys come from family, faith, and the simple pleasure of making others smile.

With 27 years of experience in the dental field, including 20 years as a dental hygienist, Lisa has built lasting relationships and trust with her patients through attentive care and expert guidance. She loves helping patients improve their smiles and oral health while sharing in their excitement as they try new recommendations for their care. Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending Sunday mornings at church with her family, reading over a good cup of coffee, traveling, and embracing the outdoors, especially anything involving snow. She and her husband, Frank, are proud parents of two daughters and deeply value their life in the Brenham community, where family, friends, and laughter are at the heart of everything they do.

Clinical Coordinator, Vanessa, has been a valued member of Brenham Dental Center since 2022, bringing dedication, care, and a friendly presence to every patient interaction. She loves helping people and collaborating with her amazing team to ensure each patient feels welcomed and well cared for. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys road trips, concerts, and annual trips to the Smoky Mountains with her husband. She and her husband share their home with their clever fur baby, Rosie, whose antics keep them laughing every day. Vanessa’s greatest joys come from family, friends, and the little moments that make life brighter.
